ABOUT THE OWNER:  

William Brown holds a Bachelors of Science in Landscape Architecture  from UMass, Amherst Mass.  He spent much of his life in fine home construction and understands the science of how a home works, the engineering of materials and how they work together.  He spent ten years in South East Asia building golf courses for many well known Golf Architects.  He is an expert in reflective insulation, ceramic insulation paints and other energy efficient products in Connecticut.

From the moment I spoke with Bill I have been nothing but impressed with his professionalism and approach to customer service. We began looking for added insulation in our attic to help offset energy costs and hopefully make the home more comfortable in the winter.

We have a raised ranch built in 1965 and while the previous owners took immaculate care of it, it is still 40+ yrs old and desperately needed help in the insulation department. One area of concern are the two bedrooms over the garage area. These rooms are absolutely freezing in the winter. We used space heaters and electric blankets to get through the nights the past years. When I told Bill this was one of our concerns, he immediately suggested insulating the garage ceiling with the double bubble foil insulation.

After hearing Bill speak about the product, seeing his demonstration and doing some follow up research on the web we decided to go with Bill and his product. I was very skeptical not having personally known anyone who had used the product and let's be honest, it's a pretty simple concept... Seemed too good to be true.
I'll tell you that within hours of the installation you could notice a real difference in the house overall. Hard to explain, the temperature in the house just felt even everywhere. Well it's been a little over a month now and we've had some really cold nights. This product is amazing! 

I took some sample before and after temperatures on the floor and ceiling in the two coldest bedrooms, wow!  Before, on a 30 degree night the floors were in the mid to high 50s and the ceilings were about the same. After the installations in the attic and the garage ceiling, the floors are in the low 60s and the ceiling temperature is the mid 60s about the same temperature I keep the thermostat at.

Bill is a fantastic person to do business with and I see 100% why he praises the product he sells / installs, it's also fantastic!  I recommend Bill and the product to everyone I know. I can't wait to see what a difference it makes in the heart of the cold weather as well as cooling in the summer.
